South Florida's Trusted Homebuilder

5 Star Developers was founded by Steven Fischer, former head of Executive Land Development, and Stephen Gravett, former CEO of Kennedy Development Partners. Together, they represent nearly a century of expertise.
 
After decades of success across the Sunshine State, they formed 5 Star in 2020 to acquire Trevi Isle—a partially developed site in Palm Beach Gardens—with the goal of completing the 15-acre townhome community without a construction loan.
 
Today, 5 Star’s vision has expanded significantly, with projects underway for projects all along Florida’s southeast coast. In Stuart, three separate developments will feature 60 townhomes, 13 townhomes, and 22 townhomes plus 6 single-family homes, respectively. The team is also developing 15 mixed-use luxury townhomes and single-family homes in Davie.

Steven Fischer, CEO

With over four decades of experience in Florida real estate, Steven Fischer has led the development of new homes and communities from Wellington to Stuart and Palm Beach Gardens. As the former head of Executive Land Development, Steven’s expertise in finance and project strategy have shaped award-winning apartment communities and single-family developments across South Florida.

Steve Gravett, Operational Partner

A U.S. Air Force veteran and former CEO of Kennedy Development Partners, Steve Gravett has been a licensed Florida General Contractor since 1980, and has overseen the development of thousands of homes in Florida and the Carolinas. His hands-on leadership and commitment to quality ensure every 5 Star home meets the highest standards—and delivers on our promise of lasting value for South Florida homeowners.
