5 Star Developers was established by founders whose careers span homebuilding, development, and community creation across South Florida. Steven Fischer, CEO
With over four decades of experience in Florida real estate, Steven Fischer has led the development of new homes and communities from Wellington to Stuart and Palm Beach Gardens. As the former head of Executive Land Development, Steven’s expertise in finance and project strategy have shaped award-winning apartment communities and single-family developments across South Florida.
Steve Gravett, Operational Partner
A U.S. Air Force veteran and former CEO of KDP, Steve Gravett has been a licensed Florida General Contractor since 1980, and has overseen the development of thousands of homes in Florida and the Carolinas. His hands-on leadership and commitment to quality ensure every 5 Star home meets the highest standards—and delivers on our promise of lasting value for South Florida homeowners.
